For this weeks task, I’m going to take a page out of my coaching strategy that I like to call “incremental improvements”. The idea is simple: you can’t change your whole life around overnight, so we take smaller, more realistic steps to build up to reaching our ultimate goals.
With regards to exercise and health, you can’t run a marathon before you learn to walk. So for this weeks task, I’m asking everyone to do 5 (or 10, depending on your current level of fitness) push-ups every morning right when you get out of bed.
That’s it! Start small, and incrementally work your way up. But for this week, let’s keep it simple.
